Kasron Kit Kat ‘A’’Z’ Born 19/5/2001 Sire: Denargun Browned Off Dam: Tellus Revenge
Hips 3/2 Elbows 1/0
A born show off, I’d admired Tiger several times as a puppy, strutting her stuff at show training at the Ballarat branch of the GSDCV, while I trained Bayliss. When the opportunity came up to own Tiger a few years later, I jumped at the idea. Living in Wodonga at the time, Tiger and I started obedience training with the Wodonga branch, as a way to bond. She picked up the basics quickly and seemed to enjoy every minute of her training.
We started trialling about 12 months later, in the encouragement class, with a win! Since then, Tiger has picked up 2 passes towards her CD title. Time restrictions means we don’t get to trials often but we hope to achieve that illusive 3rd and final pass in the future.
Unfortunately Tiger was unable to produce puppies, but I think she has enjoyed a full and varied life. She enjoys a romp around the paddocks and will occasionally fetch a toy, but her favourite ‘game’ is always obedience exercises!

Kardin Oleanna ‘Z’ Born 24/11/2004 Sire: Rupos von der Ostfriesischen Thingstatte Dam: Kardin Xena
Having admired progeny from Xena before, I watched with interest her puppies from the stunning Rupos, who was new to the country at the time. One cheeky, chunky boned puppy stood out and I was thrilled when I was allowed to take her home.
Indi has always been full of herself and hard headed. She was our first tatse of success in the show ring, with a 2nd place at the 2005 Main Breed show in Melbourne, with Hayley handling. She also came mid field at the 2005 National, in a very large and competitive Junior bitch class
Indi received a high score on one side of her hips when she was xrayed, and therefore was unable to be used for breeding. She has never had a lame day in her life and still runs around like a mad thing, despite what her xrays say!
With Jassie the Golden Retriever for company, Indi is enjoying retirement with my parents in Ballarat. She has been trained to a high level of obedience by Hayley and can do some pretty amazing tricks!

Thomas the Greyhound Racing name : Classic Approach Born 2/11/2001
Greyhounds are amazing and very misunderstood dogs. They are affectionate, quiet and very lazy!
Thomas was found wandering in the bush along with 3 other greyhounds, muzzled and starving. They were taken to Hawkesbury pound in NSW and I saw his pound ‘mug shot’ on Dogzonline. His sad face stuck in my mind, and I soon made arrangements for him to come here.
It took weeks of feeding several small meals over the day for Thomas to put on the weight he needed, and even years later his rough coat is still growing out.
Thomas has rewarded my efforts in helping him out by being a wonderful companion to us and our GSDs. He prefers to be at home rather than out, but seems to take great pleasure in being an ‘Uncle’ to the pups. He tolerates their playfulness and will let them know gently but firmly when they have overstepped the boundaries. Often he can be seen with a soft toy in his mouth, and several more in his bed!
